Meet the Sweet Tooth

Hi, I’m Jackie, the full-time sweet-tooth behind the Snicker & Doodle Cookie Co.

For the past 18 years I’ve worked as a nurse, caring for people and helping others through life’s ups and downs. Outside of that world, I’ve always believed that a little sugar and a sweet treat can bring its own kind of magic.

My favorite cookie growing up was always the classic snickerdoodle — soft, cinnamon-sugary, and pure happiness in cookie form.

Snicker & Doodle Cookie Co. was created to share that simple joy with others at Oregon markets and events. Alongside classic snickerdoodles, you’ll also find playful treats like cookie fries — crispy, dip-able cookie sticks inspired by the viral dessert trend.

The idea is simple: bring a little joy to the world, one cookie at a time.
